1, Overview
The equipment includes 2 sets of single machine pressing equipment (excluding robots, robot bases, plasma processors, glue machines, etc.);
A single set of specialized aircraft mainly consists of one set of frame, one set of base plate and its motion components, three sets of tooling fixtures, one set of compression mechanism (length and width automatic adjustment), pneumatic system, and electronic control system;
Process flow: manual border placement - press clamping button, fixture automatic clamping - robot plasma treatment/gluing (according to product requirements) - clamping automatic release - manual glass placement - press clamping button, The fixture automatically clamps the glass - the positioning and clamping die table automatically moves to the pressing station - the pressing mechanism presses down and holds the pressure for 15 seconds (the self setting time is adjustable from 0 seconds to 50 seconds) - the positioning and clamping die table automatically moves out of the pressing station - the clamping is automatically released - the door is manually removed - and enters the next cycle.
