Flash dryerBrief introduction:
The main body of the flash dryer has the function of mechanical dispersal and adjusting the granularity of the material. The paste and filter cake material with high moisture content enter the dryer's main body and mix with the heated hot air. Along with the mechanical dispersal, the phase changes and heat transfer occur instantaneously; the material becomes granular and goes into the collector.Performance:1. Flash drying: 1 to 5 seconds of desiccation; even granularity.2. High collection rate: ≥ 90%.
3. Direct or indirect heating: 90 to 600 degrees Celsius of hot air.4. 1,100 to 1,200 Kcal / Kg H2O; 90 to 3200 KgH2O/h per set.
5. Apply to filter cake and paste material; initial moisture content: ≥ 85%, final moisture content: ≤ 0.5%.6. Small floor space; low need of labour.Process: The flash drying system includes a heater, a feeder, a desiccation chamber, and a cyclone collector. The moist material goes into a spiral feeder, which conveys the material into a drying chamber. Some rotating blades sit on the bottom of the drying chamber so as to disperse the material inside. Meanwhile, the heated hot air quickly desiccates the dispersed material into granules. The swirling hot air carries the granules through a cone-shaped sieve that bounces some of the larger granules back onto the rotating blades; the remaining smaller grains enter the collector. The exhaust is then expelled by an air blower. Suitable material:1. Chemicals: zinc, calcium, magnesium, manganese, cobalt carbonate; zirconium oxide, aluminum hydroxide; lead sulfate, zinc sulfate; fire retardant; superfine calcium carbonate; nano-zinc oxide; precipitate barium sulfate. 2.
